Product research, evidence review and claim verification

Riven Trust standardRatings cannot be purchased. Facts, claims and analyst conclusions are labeled separately.

Evidence before assertion

Material factual claims should cite an accessible source. Company claims are attributed, and unverified information is labeled. Analyst opinion must be distinguishable from established fact.

Scores cannot be purchased

Advertisers, affiliates and reviewed companies cannot pay for a higher score or suppress a documented concern. Sponsored content is labeled and is not part of the rating methodology.

Fairness and context

Security incidents are described with dates, scope and response where evidence permits. Companies may submit evidence or a response, but their statement does not overwrite analyst conclusions.

Conflicts and sponsored content

Contributors must disclose material financial or commercial conflicts relevant to an assignment. Sponsored content, if published, is clearly labeled and separated from ratings, research studies and editorial comparisons.

AI-assisted workflows

Software and AI may assist source organization, consistency checks and drafting. The accountable research desk remains responsible for source selection, factual claims, scoring rationale, corrections and publication. We do not claim personal testing that did not occur.

Financial-risk language

We do not use guaranteed-return, risk-free or easy-income language. Ratings evaluate products and evidence—not likely profit or suitability for an individual's finances.
