Riven Trust standardRatings cannot be purchased. Facts, claims and analyst conclusions are labeled separately.
1. Define the product
We document the operating company, product category, exchange integrations, custody model, pricing, permissions and intended user. Unclear or conflicting information is labeled—not silently resolved by assumption.
2. Collect and classify evidence
We review official sites, documentation, terms, security materials, registries and relevant independent reporting. Company-provided material remains clearly distinguishable from independent sources.
3. Test material workflows
Where access is available, we check onboarding, plan restrictions, paper trading, API instructions and support access. A product walkthrough does not validate investment performance.
4. Score and challenge
Eight weighted categories create the Expert Score. Trust-profile items, red flags and marketing claims are reviewed independently so a polished feature set cannot hide weak disclosure.
5. Publish and maintain
Each research profile includes an author, review date, sources and changelog. New evidence, product changes or security incidents can change scores and conclusions.
